GSM module CM4300 WaterGuard

Mobeye WaterGuard
The Mobeye WaterGuard is an effective and user-friendly alarm detector for detecting water-based liquids.
In an alarm situation, it sends notifications via push message, telephone call, SMS or e-mail.
Applications
Pump houses
Basements
Empty premises
Sewage pipes
Boats
Warns of water leaks and helps prevent consequential damage.
The Mobeye WaterGuard monitors the water level in basement, pump house, boat, and other critical places.
Additional inputs can monitor a pump, fault signal and power supply.
Operates on battery power or external voltage.
Leakage sensor
The Mobeye WaterGuard (CM4300) has a leakage sensor that detects water-based liquids.
As soon as the two pins sense water, it triggers an alarm notification to contacts via the built-in communication module.
For monitoring a water level, we recommend the CM4300FS with float sensor.
Alarms
Alarm notifications are by app (IOS/Android), telephone call (voice message), text message and/or e-mail.
For push notifications, there is a choice between an escalation plan or group message. With the escalation plan, the recipient can acknowledge the push message, preventing the other contacts from receiving the message.
ls none of the recipients confirm the push message, a call, SMS and/or e-mail will still go out. The number of contacts is unlimited.
External power versus battery-powered
The Mobeye WaterGuard can run on batteries for long periods and is therefore independent of an external power source.
Alternatively, a mains adapter is connected (12-24V DC). In this case, the power supply is directly monitored as well.
If it fails, a notification follows. The internal batteries ensure that the alarm detector continues to work for a long time.
The WaterGuard continues to monitor the water sensor and input contacts and will still transmit alarm messages. When power is restored, a signal also follows.
Potential-free alarm inputs
Besides the leakage sensor, the Mobeye WaterGuard (CM4300) has two NO/NC inputs for connecting alarm contacts and sensors.
This also monitors the status of a device or external sensor, such as a water pump.
Network and SIM card
The Mobeye SIM card gives the device full functionality, including the use of the Mobeye Internet Portal and the app.
With the Mobeye sim card, communication is over the 4G LTE-M network with 2G as fallback.
When inserting its own SIM card, the device operates on 2G. Alarms are then sent via SMS and/or call to up to 5 phone numbers.n
