Suction system Irridelta
Irridelta.nl has the solution for the effortless suction of water.
This system is available for the most common brands and types of pumps and ensures that the pump becomes self-priming, which simplifies switching on the irrigation reel.
Everyone knows the situation that the pump does not want to pick up due to air in the system and this takes a lot of time and causes annoyance.
The Vortex system ensures effortless suction of the water and has no mechanical parts, which can lead to maintenance costs.
Sprinkler trolley's
Model GH L/R (fixed PE-hoseguide)
The Irridelta GH sprinkler trolley has been specially developed for the "Sit-down machines" where the drum is on the ground during irrigation. These miter sprinkler wagons are heavily built, stable and follow the track perfectly. The track width is adjustable from 1500 to 2250 mm. through pin-hole connection. There is a spindle adjustment on 1 side to set the spray trolley horizontally. To pull out the spray trolley, it is possible to mount a shackle or chain on the spray trolley, an extension bracket is optionally available. Standard equipped with rubber wheels, optionally with heavy steel wheels with a raised edge. Available in a left or right version.
Model GE L/R (moveable PE hoseguide)
The Irridelta GE spraying trolley has been specially developed for the "standard machines" where the drum is on top of the chassis. These miter spraying trolleys are heavily built, stable and perfectly track-following and the PE hose can hinge upwards when the PE hose enters. The track width is adjustable from 1500 to 2250 mm. through pin-hole connection. There is a spindle adjustment on 1 side to set the spray trolley horizontally. To pull out the spray trolley, it is possible to mount a shackle or chain on the spray trolley, an extension bracket is optionally available.

Model GS L/R (met dragfoot)
The Irridelta GS trailing foot spraying trolley has been specially developed for the toughest applications (hose diameter 140/150/160 mm). These miter spraying trolleys are heavily built, stable and perfectly track-following and the PE hose can hinge upwards when the PE hose enters. track width is adjustable from 1500 to 2250 mm. through pin-hole connection. There is a spindle adjustment on 1 side to set the spray trolley horizontally. To pull out the spray trolley, it is possible to mount a shackle or chain on the spray trolley, an extension bracket is optionally available.

Spraycontroller
This system can be universally mounted on new and existing sprinkler trucks & cannons. The Spray Controller with jet straightener can automatically limit the jet for the headlands in order to irrigate in a rectangle, the Spray Controller will also activate the reeled jet straightener upon arrival if it does not receive wheel pulses (set computer to ± 5 to 10 minutes after watering).
The jet straightener will minimize itself if the sprinkler car retracts, after ± 30 meters the jet straightener will no longer have any influence on the radius of the reel. The meters traveled are counted by a robust wheel counter.
If the reel is equipped with a computer, the 1st 60 to 80 meters can be set to a double winding speed to maintain an even distribution on the plot.
The sides can also be limited manually by adjusting the side plate on the left and/or right and locking it with the wing nut, so that the jet is broken as desired. The function does not affect the automatic jet breaker for watering the headlands.
