Hose reels equipped with hydraulic motor

The Giampi HD (Heavy Duty) hose reels have been developed for intensive use with drag hose & transport hose. The reel is used to unroll the hose used to transport water and/or slurry. At the end of the job, a hydraulic motor ensures that the hose can be rolled up quickly and its flattened shape ensures that it takes up very little space.

Properties of the reel

-The hose reels are fully galvanized.
-Hydraulic motor that automatically stops when winding.
-Wrapping speed: 9/10 rpm.
-Remarkable winding capacity of 400 mtr. Ø90mm hose up to 1000 mtr. Ø120mm hose.

Irridelta supplies 2 types of Giampi brand hose reels.
Type fixed model and type with an interchangeable drum.
Heavy hose reels in fixed or interchangeable version which are mounted on the three-point of the tractor.

Fixed drum version

Hose reels heavy and in fixed version which are mounted on the three-point of the tractor.
The drums are driven by hydromotors. ( Light models with one hydraulic motor and heavy models with two hydro motors)
The drums can also be supplied with a mounted disc up to a maximum number per length.
The fixed model hose reels are fully galvanized.

Interchangeable drum version

The Giampi HD (Heavy Duty) hose reels have been developed for intensive use with drag hose & transport hose.
This series of hose reels consists of a heavily built base frame and an interchangeable drum.
3 quick-change hooks and can be ordered separately if desired.
The drums are driven by 2 hydraulic motors (Complete with 3/8" hydraulic hose with quick couplings.) and a heavy gear transmission and an automatic hydraulic stop when the drum is full of hose. The base frame and drum are galvanized as standard.
