This system is universally mountable on new and existing spray carts & guns. The Spraycontroller with jet breaker can automatically limit the jet for headlands to irrigate in a rectangle, also the Spraycontroller will activate the jet breaker when entering the reel if it does not receive wheel pulses (set computer to ± 5 to 10 minutes post-irrigation).

The jet breaker will minimise itself if the spray trolley starts to retract, after ± 30 metres the jet breaker will no longer affect the reel's jet. The metres travelled are counted by a robust wheel sensor.

If the reel is equipped with a computer, the 1st 60 to 80 metres can be set at double rewind speed in order to maintain an even distribution on the plot.

The sides can also be manually limited by adjusting the side plate left and/or right and securing it with the wing-nut to break the beam as required. The function does not affect the automatic spray breaker for headland irrigation.
