Looking for a connection with a specific size?
We have placed most links in a handy overview.
In this overview you will find the dimensions of the following couplings.
→ Bauer couplings
→ Anfor couplings (Italian system 3 hooks)
→ Perrot couplings
→ Sferico couplings (Italian system 2 hooks)
Bauer couplings
Bauer couplings can be recognized by the male part/KKV where the clamps are mounted to the male part/KKV. This by means of a loose ring with clamps.
Perrot couplings
Perrot couplings can be recognized by the mother part/KKM where the clamps are mounted to the mother part/KKM. This by means of a fixed ring with clamps.
Sferico couplings (2 hook)
Sferico couplings can be recognized by the mother part where the clamps are fixed to the mother part. Sferico couplings have 1 hook + 1 clamp.

Storz couplings
Storz couplings, also known as fire department couplings, are couplings that have a symmetrical connection allowing only one way of coupling. The fire department couplings are suitable for passing water and other liquids.
Storz couplings with compression ring
Storz couplings with clamping ring are also used in sprinkler systems. They ensure that the hose is clamped tighter than with traditional hose clamps. Thanks to the short grommet of the Storz couplings with clamping ring, the hose is prevented from sagging immediately after the coupling.
This reduces the chance of wear or tear at this location in the long run.
The ridge distance of a Storz coupling
Cam spacing can be measured by using a caliper to measure between the cams of the coupling.
Cam spacings can be: 31 mm, 44 mm, 51 mm, 66 mm, 81 mm, 89 mm, 105 mm, 115 mm, 133 mm, 148 mm, 160 mm, 188 mm, 220 mm.
